PRIVATE TRAINING
Precision-based instruction built on the foundation of elite wrestling.

All training is rooted in mastery of the 7 core skills:

  • Stance

  • Hip heist

  • Back arch

Each athlete begins with a match-based evaluation, allowing training to focus on the highest-impact areas for improvement. Sessions are technical, intentional, and results-driven.

Training Structure:

  • Initial commitment: 6 sessions
  • Primary location: Capital Wrestling Club – Gaithersburg, MD
  • Private/on-site training available upon request

VIDEO REVIEW
High-level match analysis designed to accelerate competitive advantage.

Athletes submit match footage via YouTube, FloWrestling, or Trackwrestling for detailed breakdown. Each review includes:

  • Position-by-position analysis
  • Identification of scoring opportunities and vulnerabilities
  • Targeted adjustments for improvement
  • Examples from elite college and world-level wrestlers

Feedback is delivered via Loom video for easy review and sharing.

Investment:

  • $25 per 15 minutes of analysis
  • Most full match reviews average $50
